Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Delux Leaf, we’re committed to providing the highest-quality products and customer experience. Due to federal and state compliance laws surrounding hemp-derived cannabis products, please review the following policy carefully:


🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our THCa and hemp-derived products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed and shipped.


📦 Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at deluxleaf@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once approved, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • An exchange for a similar product (if original is out of stock)
  • store credit toward a future purchase

❗️ Important Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds based on flavor, effect, or personal preference.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

  • Delux Leaf reserves the right to deny any claim we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
