At Delux Leaf, we strive to ensure prompt, discreet, and reliable delivery of your premium hemp-derived products.

📦 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
• Free orders are shipped out on the following Tuesday from the date of the order.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or other carriers, depending on your location and shipping selection.

• Standard delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after processing.

Note: Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to carrier issues.

🌿 Legal Shipping Areas

We only ship to states where THCa and hemp-derived cannabinoids are legal.
If your state has restrictions, your order may be automatically canceled and refunded.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for privacy and security.

• We do not ship internationally or to U.S. Territories

📬 Tracking & Support

Once a regular order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Free offer orders will not receive a tracking number.
